The Tides at Lakeshore East is a luxury rental tower in Chicago’s Lakeshore East neighborhood. The residential building was in need of a renovation, specifically the lobby and leasing office. The inspiration for this design was an elevated, relaxed, spa-like atmosphere. Natural materials and textures with neutral tones turned this space into a timeless oasis for current and future residents.
